Reckless, raunchy, rowdy: Tales of getting loose

Team 20s: Genevieve Wollenbecker is a writer and educator living in Brooklyn. A former costume copywriter, professional craft blogger, and spa reviewer, Genevieve’s current writing project explores the intersection of the supernatural, family histories, and daily life in the Hawaiian Archipelago. She currently teaches middle school science and literacy.

Team 30s: Erika Stallings is an attorney, writer, and health advocate based in New York City. An attorney in the music industry, she finds joy from writing, particularly on issues relating to racial health disparities. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, the Washington Post, O Magazine, the Huffington Post, and more.

Team 40s: Rory Kelsch is a writer, actor and storyteller. Her essay "Love and Happiness" was published in the anthology, I Am Strength: True Stories of Everyday Superwomen. She's performed at Woodstock Bookfest Story Slams, the O Positive Festival and is thrilled to be featured next month at The Pit/Striker in Memoirs of a Painted Woman.

Team 50s: Ayun Halliday is the author of seven books and Chief Primatologist of the East Village Inky zine. Ayun co-founded Theater of the Apes and hosts its monthly series, Necromancers of the Public Domain, where a neglected library bookbecomes a one-night-only variety show. Her next book, The Small Potato Manifesto, is forthcoming from Microcosm Publishing.

Team 60s: Sherry Amatenstein is a NYC-based psychotherapist, former magazine editor, author of four books, and contributor to numerous publications including the Washington Post and The Cut. She is host of SHERAPY: Podcasting a Therapy Session, and has given relationship advice on Today and NPR.

Team 70s: Sarah Kernochan has won two Academy Awards for her documentaries Marjoe and Thoth. As a screenwriter, she has written many films including Nine and ½ Weeks, Impromptu, Sommersby, What Lies Beneath, and 2015’s Learning to Drive. She was both screenwriter and director of the 1998 comedy All I Wanna Do. Kernochan has also written two novels: Dry Hustle and Jane Was Here.
