Story coaching is a unique, one-on-one experience tailored to meet your goals. Story editing provides thoughtful, actionable feedback on an existing draft. Georgia provides both services. Whether you're a seasoned writer seeking to refine your craft or a newcomer eager to explore the world of storytelling, Georgia's coaching and editing is the perfect fit for you.

Who is Georgia Clark?

Georgia Clark is a renowned six-times published author, writing teacher, mentor, and book coach. Her critically acclaimed novels, including "Island Time" and "It Had To Be You," have captivated readers worldwide. With over fifteen years of professional storytelling and editing experience, Georgia brings unmatched expertise to each coaching session. As the host and founder of Generation Women, she has guided hundreds of performers, refining their stories into powerful, impactful performances.

  • Cost: $250 for a one-off session. Each in-person session is 60-minutes. Prior to each session, I can read up to ten pages (double-spaced, 12pt font) of a story or five pages of outline/summary. For three sessions or more, the cost is $200 per 60-minute session.

  • Coaching is conducted in-person (virtually), in a one-on-one meeting. Story editing provides edits on an existing draft. If you don’t have a story, start with coaching. You can also elect for both: say, a three-session package that starts with coaching and moves onto editing, once you have a draft.

  • Yes! I can provide extensive in-doc comments and suggestions, supported by an editorial note highlighting your pieces strengths, as well as areas for improvement.

  • We can meet either via Zoom (I’ll send you a link and record our session) or via a phone-call.

  • Yes! I can and have helped many new writers find their voice and tell their story. You don’t need any writing or stage experience for this to feel helpful, productive, encouraging, and fun!

  • Stories for Generation Women are 1,200 words, approx. 6 - 8 minutes performed live. If you’re just looking for editorial feedback, one session covers a a piece up to 1,200 words.
