Six storytellers.
Six generations.
Generation Women® is a multigenerational storytelling event series based in New York City, featuring women and non-binary storytellers from their twenties to their eighties.
At our monthly live show, six storytellers of note share an original, true story on a theme. Our diverse line-ups will make you laugh, cry, and reflect on the cycle of life. Generation Women is an intimate literary salon that brings together people of all ages. Hosted/created by the author Georgia Clark.
Next show:
Tuesday, March 10 at
7pmET at Joe’s Pub, NYC.
Theme: Spark
Join us this March as we celebrate those electric moments when something inside us ignites — and everything changes.
Our multigenerational storytellers take the Joe's Pub stage to share true tales of sparks: the instant connection that became lifelong love; the conversation that lit a fire; the wild idea that caught flame; the moment of recognition that illuminated a new path; or that jolt of inspiration that refused to be ignored. Whether it's chemistry, creativity, or pure combustion, our wise and witty storytellers will remind us that the best things in life often start with a single spark.
Don't miss New York's best storytelling night, presenting true stories told by women and non-binary performers across the generations, all celebrating the electricity, magic, and transformative power of those moments when we catch fire.
“It’s easy to see why women are so inspired by these cross generational events.”
